  Jake and David showed up exactly as scheduled and completed the installation within the time frame originally stated. Jake even took the time to check out another plug that wasn't planned and replaced it. Thank you! All of the gentlemen, Phillips, Cody, Jake and David were such personable, knowledgeable young men. Okot was a great company to work with. We will definitely call on them for any additional electrical work.

  (In Cranberry Twp.) Called around 10 different electricians and companys and only had about 3 pick up the phone and Okot was one of them. I spoke with Philips from Okot on Wednesday about installing 4 GFCI outlets in our business/office restrooms so we could install electrical automatic faucets to replace battery operated ones that have been on the fritz and not working consistently. We were in a time crunch as we had guests coming to the office the following week. Philips scheduled an appt for the next day (Thursday) to check out the situation and provide an estimate. The estimate seemed high to me, but I also don't know the going price for these things and it seemed reasonable for the short timeline we needed it done by. They were able to complete the job within 4 days of being called even though it wasn't considered an emergency, so I didn't complain. Plus, I wasn't footing the bill, my employer was and they wanted it done ASAP. Philips made the effort to come in to the office over the weekend when we were closed even though they don't typically work weekends. He was able to immediately provided needed documentation before starting the job (COI & W-9). Philips and his colleague arrived on time at the job site and completed the installation of 4 GFCI outlets within 4 hours, start to finish, and even ran into a few issues with metal studs in the wall. Over all, I am very happy and pleased with Okots response and Philips professionalism and quality of work. Would use them again in the future for sure. Also, one really nice added touch that Okot did, that I have never experienced before is that they texted me a picture and a short background description of the technician who would be arriving to complete the work, which was very helpful and made the entire situation seem safer because I knew exactly who to expect.
