    Alpha surveyors were professional, courteous, and diligent in accuracy. We had some unforeseen delays and difficulty because my property is in an old area with small homes and a lot of transitions and markers over the decades (including wrong locations) - none of that was their fault. They explained the situation and worked with it. Another surveyor stalled and gave up without telling me, so I wasted months and repeated phone calls thinking they were researching and rescheduling. As another reviewer wrote, I would suspect the negative reviews are from neighbors who weren’t happy about a survey. I spoke to my neighbors and explained why I needed to get a survey before it was even started. After it was completed, one of them immediately put up more markers, so I will talk with them (I have some cleaning up to do). It’s easier to be nice than to end up with an unhappy neighbor!

    Using false information to intimidate and harass is not professional. A real man would apologize for their actions. Some very suspect behavior happened with this company.
