  Was quoted a price for work performed in October of $650.00. Placed a $200.00 down payment on 9/26/2025. Work was completed but not all markers were put on the property. Called to report this and the office manager acted like it was not a big deal but they came back and placed the property markers. I received a bill mid October and was told by Ms. Lynch if I didn’t pay before the end of the month the prices were going up $200.00. I told her that I did not think it was legal to quote a price for work and then change it because they increased their prices after the work was performed. I received a second bill and the cost was changed to $850.00. I can understand charging a late fee (as printed on the bill 1.5%) but trying to increase the cost of a contracted service after the fact seems very shady.

  I’ve used several surveyors in the area. Alpha is the quickest and most professional. Looking at the comments on the reviews you’ll notice the negative reviews are from the neighbors that were likely the reason for the survey. I know the neighbor that tore down my fence and had to replace it was also upset.
