  I’m very happy with my new ductless system install . Brad , the Comfort Advisor from Redmond’s came to talk to us all about the system . He took his time and explained everything . He sure does know the mini split system. They ordered my system ,set up the dates and called the morning before just to confirm . There were three workers that came for two long days and worked constantly . They were all very nice and very knowledgeable. I enjoy my new system already , since the weather has turned cold again . Thanks 😊

  Justin was great! Our heat is fixed the same day that we called, so we will be warm! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service! Highly recommend. We will be using them regularly now.
