Redmonds did exquisite work transitioning our home from an oil boiler to a propane one! Professional and curtious at all times! There were definitely some challenges with the pipe configuration in our old house and with the weather at the time of installation. They handled the challenges and disruptions by communicating and keeping us in the loop with what they were doing and why. They truely went above and beyond in design decisions and worksmanship all while being consciencious not to track debris around the house. We feel we received such an incredible value becuse the work and expertise was at such a high leve.
Blown away by the customer service at Redmond's ! From Joshua who took my first call to Josh who was the tech and the follow up with the other staff... I can't say enough about their friendly and professional service!

Had water softener replaced. Really nice and knowledgeable people to work with. Will definitely use again if needed.

Hunter Barnes did an exemplary job running a new gas line for us today! (01/26/26) High temperature of 15° he had the job done in less than 5 hours. Hunter also explained and showed us his work i.e. shut offs regulators... Very personable and didn't mind our 3 labs.
Job well done Hunter kudos!

Do not use this company. They sell faulty equipment, and upcharge you to fix it.
They installed a Bryant ductless split unit system in 2021, and it's broken twice.These units are advertised to last between 12-15 years.
They are telling me it is not covered under warranty, because I did not "maintain" the unit. They said this without even looking at it. Their definition of "maintain" is hiring them once-twice a year to come in and inspect the unit. So to qualify for your warranty, you essentially need to sign up for a subscription service.
I've cleaned the filters twice a year as directed.
I asked Cathy Redmon to email me the warranty information of the unit so I could verify this. She said they didn't have records back that far, and that I should have the warranty in the notebook I was given at install. I looked, and it is not in there.
(ADDING TO THIS REVIEW AFTER REDMOND's DISHONEST RESPONSE):
The fact is, they told me that my Warranty was no longer eligible BECAUSE I didn't hire them to clean the unit annually. But nowhere in the warranty agreement is this mentioned. They either lied to me, or were wrong.
And they say they don't sell "faulty equipment." The unit failed twice in 4 years, when it's rated to last 12-15. This is my definition of faulty.
There was also no warranty information provided in the binder they gave me, as they've incorrectly stated.
