  Jonathan was in and out in less than a half hour and did an excellent job on both projects he worked on. There was no mess when he left, he did a great job cleaning up after himself. Jonathan was very friendly and personable and made sure he answered all of my questions. Haller should know what an asset he is to your company.

  I have no idea how a company can get away with unethical billing practices. I wanted Haller to come out and evaluate my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. My house was rebuilt after a house fire and we found out the quality of the rebuild was poor. Our home inspection revealed problems with all systems. When I called I was told they would have someone come out to evaluate for $79 for each system and would quote repairs needed. We started with HVAC. The person was here maybe 30 minutes and said everything looks great and handed us a bill for $422. The man never even opened the unit! He did not review the items on the inspector list, he tested the air pressure and replaced the filter. I called the company and asked what just happened and explained what I had asked for. All they could say was you are in our system for a maintenance call. What maintenance? This is a brand new unit that they did not install with defects discovered during a home inspection. The call center did not care and gave me excuses that made no sense. Needless to say I cancelled the plumbing and electrical appointment. I never felt so ripped off.

  Since my system is new I only paid for the filter-in the future I will purchase it them online since I now understand the pricing. I was happy to have, Noah, serviceman from the last service visit come again. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He and his partner were quiet and neat.

  Heat pump was serviced today by Taleem Jones. I was kept updated on his arrival and when he arrived he worked quickly to service the system and repair one item that he found. Always satisfied with the service provided by technicians from Haller.

  A tech was dispatched to our home in a very short amount of time after we called about our furnace was not working! Ron’s high level of skill saved us valuable time with diagnosing our issue, locating/getting the correct parts and fixing our mother board issue all in the same afternoon!!!! He was wonderful to work with and very good at explaining to us what the issues were and what was needed to fix it!!! Ron did an excellent job the whole way around!!!
