  Scott was attentive to my concerns and he checked the combi-boiler thoroughly. He resolved the issue while I waited for the defective part to arrive. It was such a relief to finally have consistent heat and hot water running without the system shutting off intermittently. Scott also provided tips for maintenance and care of the combi-boiler to avoid future issues and to extend its longevity.   Buyer Beware!!! $80 fee to spend 10 mins and quote $1100 for a thermostat that costs $200. Labor is 1 hour at most. I found the exact same device and installation at less than half of that with other local professionals. Shop around. Charged $80 for the “appointment” that involved walking into the house and giving the $1100 price. No other work was performed. Lower price was given over the phone by competitor without “appointment”. Offered to reduce price if I signed up for a monthly service at a $40 per month charge. Yet but another subscription ploy for substandard service and overpriced repairs.

  I would not recommend this company. They seem to be way overpriced and not the most honest. I had them out 3 times for same issue. They were not honest about a recall and left us unsafe. After calling the recall company they said what I was told was untrue. We are now waiting on the part and the recall company will correct the issue free of charge. I live where there are a lot of elderly people and I am hoping they will not take advantage of them. That’s why I’m writing this review.

  Called for a service repair heat pump not running installed by a company they had bought out and took over10 year warranty Unit is 7 years old Didn’t have to wait too long for a technician to show up and it was only $79 took the day off of work technician tells me it’s low on Freon OK great easy fix Nope technician doesn’t have any Freon on his truck what HAVC company does not have freon on their truck when they go out for repairs waste of $79 waste of my day off of work typical stupid crap you’d put up with nowadays needless to say I fixed it myself I will not call them for anything anymore do you think I should pay for the $79 Service call It’s like going to a gas station that has no gas

  This was a scheduled maintenance of my geothermal system. My technician was Tom Wolf and I showed him where everything was. We have a split system. One System covers garage, but we rarely use that part and the other is for the house. I have three thermostats For each floor and I showed Mr. Wolf where everything was and he inspected and recommended I put a surge protector on the unit for the house and after a a other test strongly recommended, I replace a capacitor in the unit for the house because the testing number was 11 points below where it should’ve been, so that was done. Mr. Wolf was professional and thorough and explained things. I feel he is experienced with geothermal and will request him again when I need service or maintenance.
