The ability of the technician to identify the situation and the effort to finish the job in a good time frame is to be praised. The team off three worked together with great ease and knowledge and all my concerns were addressed. There is great documentation as well! Thank you!

They charged $79 for the coming out after giving the ridiculous. They also recorded the conversation and they never quoted the price but insisted on the $79 fee. It feels like a scam.

Whenever they come out for service they never disappoint. Our recent tech, Phil was thorough and thoughtful. He took the time to explain what issue we were experiencing, offered products for future services while being considerate of our HH budget and made recommendations to improve our heating in general. Phil was engaging with us as customers, mindful of our options as a family and was respectful of our pets. I'm glad Haller employs the techs they do because I always feel comfortable and confident in what they do.
