  Thomas Edison Electric and Jason Q. were great!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took care of my issues 2 days ahead of my originally scheduled appointment (due to a cancellation). I also received a follow up call right after to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is not too often these days that you deal with a company and talk only to people who care that they provide a great service. I would definitely recommend this company…THANK YOU!

  The electrician that came out was polite and competent. We found out the hard way, my walls are very solid. He stayed professional through what I'm sure was a trying task. Plus they guarantee their work for a year.

  Thomas Edison Electric really impressed me with the quality of service I received. Joan took the time to explain what needed to be done, offered smart solutions, and completed the work with meticulous precision and care. I had called for a smart outlet and repair of an arcing outlet. At the time I had no idea how dangerous the house had gotten. Simply pulling random outlets, and switches in each room discovered loose connections, missing ground wires, dangling wires not connected at all... a sub panel was overloaded, breakers literally fell out when they were simply touched, we only had one grounding rod when we needed two, aluminium wire was installed when we needed copper, every outlet and light switch was backstopped. There were other issues too but I'd mangle the technical details. It literally gave me nightmares seeing what kind of fire hazard we had. Joan even told me to go google what he was finding and check out the recommendations. Everything he said was easily verifiable on multiple reputable websites. What really stood out was Joan's concern to leave the house safer than when he arrived. He showed great attention to detail and respect for my home. Even with dealing with two furry "helpers" who insisted on barking their opinions. Everything was repaired/replaced as needed, Joan took the time to clean up everything when he was done and the final results were fantastic. Our house is finally up to code and SAFE. If you’re looking for an electrician who is reliable, skilled, and truly takes pride in their work, call Thomas Edison Electric. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
