  Extremely pleased with our new roof, gutters, and fascia. Our home was built in 1783 and the crews were very respectful of our historical home. They did a wonderful job adding life to the home and blend the old with the new. Dylan is an amazing project manager and person in general. He’s caring, thoughtful, and intelligent. We are thankful to have found Home Genius and would highly recommend them for work on the outside of your home!

  What an amazing experience with Home Genius! My new roof looks amazing! Willie and his crew worked so hard to make the transformation come to life. Dylan was so informative and caring. We are so thankful for the piece of mind of our new roof and the satisfaction of the quality and new color.

  Happy with the new look of our house! The crew was quick, professional, and easy to talk to whenever we brought up any concerns. Dylan, the project manager, was super responsive whenever we needed him and was easy to work with. I definitely recommend HomeGenius Exteriors!!

  Extremely pushy and rude solicitor for Home Genius came to our door and wouldn’t take no for an answer. He had no business card, no identification for the business he claimed to be working for, and yet kept trying to push to bring the team over immediately for an inspection. We ended up having to just slam the door on him because he wouldn’t stop. I understand needing to find new business, but this was NOT the way.

  I was interested in getting a quote from them about replacing our siding. I put all the information in and within seconds of submission, I received a call. So far, great! However, while I was on the phone with the first rep, I received 2 phone calls and text messages from other reps. I asked why I was getting so many people contacting me, and the rep said that the system may not have gotten updated that she was already in contact with me. Ok, I can handle that. Over the next 48 hours, I received over 20 phone calls and text messages from them to either setup an appointment (which I did during the initial call), or to confirm the appointment that was already made, but the confirmation time was incorrect. I let them know early on that I thought they were being entirely too aggressive with contacting me and was told that they'd make notes to that regard in my file, and that it shouldn't continue to happen. By hour 36, I told them to lose my number and to stop contacting me. It took another 12 hours before they finally stopped all contact. Since then, I've been getting a bunch of spam calls. While I may not be able to fault them for the spam calls, it seems a bit too coincidental that I'm now getting them. It's a shame that they're so aggressive with their approach because they might do great work. Unfortunately, I'll never find out.
