It was installed a little over a year ago by Chimney Scientists. I called and scheduled an appointment to be installed again. It was quick and done without extra charge. I had a good experience and will use them again for any future works.

- MSMike SOct 25, 20255.0I really didn't know what to expect. I never heard of Chimney Scientists before. The last time I got my chimney cleaned was when I got my insert installed which was 2009. Anthony was a very knowledgeable tech. He explained exactly what he was going to do. After about 30-45 minutes later, he showed my pictures of before and after and I was pleasantly surprised. The insert and tube in my chimney was very clean. He even showed me the top of the chimney with a drone and commented that everything looks really good. After he left, an email came in with a full report. I would highly recommend using him again. One thing that I did for him was to give him a kneeling pad. I was surprised that his company doesn't provide this. I told him to keep it and he was very thankful. Maybe they should provide these pads to ALL the techs.
