  Lionel and Ian did a fantastic job on our Chimney. they replaced the liner, installed a new flue and a new cap. Lionel and Ian were done within a day, they were extremely efficient. We love their option to finance so we don’t need to pay all the money up front. Highly recommend Chimney Scientists!! thank you for ensuring our safety in our new home.

  The office staff at Chimney Scientists were responsive and informative; the work crew efficient and thorough. When collecting quotes for chimney service and repair, i recommend including them in your research. The ceramic sealant used to repair our chimney flue (with some deterioting terra cotta tile joints) comes with a 25-year material and labor warranty, plus first two years free inspection.

  The Chimney scientist got me out of a sticky spot for sure. I had a crumbling chimney (that I was yet unaware of) at my property that likely caused my aging boiler to fail. In the middle of one of the coldest January we’ve had in a decade. I was in a pickle. I had the boiler replaced and found out that it wasn’t able to vent because of the crumbling chimney. Oh boy who do I call? I reached out to three Chimney companies. Chimney Scientists were one of those three. Right from the initial phone call with Kristin in the office, I felt as though I were in good hands. Antonio Dunn came to my property to do the initial assessment and I could tell he was being honest with me. I appreciated his professionalism, as well as his genuine personality. The way he walked me through pictures of exactly what we were dealing with as far as the problem and the solution, was extremely helpful for me to visualize something that I would otherwise need to climb a ladder myself and look at. He provided the estimate (which was not the cheapest price of the three estimates I received), but it was the solution I had to admit to myself that I needed if I wanted the job to be done right. Don’t get me wrong, I hate spending money needlessly. Money is very important to me. I like to hold onto my money whenever possible. That’s exactly why I chose Chimney scientist to do this project for me because I didn’t want to have to come out o f pocket and pay twice to have it done. Francisco Castanan and Ronaldo Cortez Diaz came out just days later and completed the job. Tracey followed up with me after the installation was complete and was able to get all of the documentation and pictures of the work sent to me for my records. Everything looks great and I’m happy that this episode is now behind me. Thanks to everybody at Chimney Scientists! I am referring you every chance I get!
