  I recently stopped in at olden carpets and met Brian and Nancy who helped me choose carpet that will wear going up my steps and on my landings. They were courteous, not pushy, and the carpet installers were very good and extremely respectful of my house. I rate them highly and I will be using them again!!!

  We had our entire downstairs redone with vinyl plank. About a year after it was done we had some planks crack and start to come up. We called them and they came out and said it was because the floor wasn't level. They had to pour some self leveler and redo that section. So they did. About a year after that, the hallway planks started coming up, as well as the self leveler cracking and crunching under the planks that were previously installed. They came back and fixed that. Half-assing the floor molding instalation in the process. A year later the floor is coming up yet again. We've called and they sent someone out to look at it, but "it is a high traffic area". I guess Olden's flooring is only good for one year. I know this is just an excuse, because the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom (which see just as much traffic, if not more) is fine. We're told that we'll have to pay this time for repair. Why? We're still waiting for the floor to be installed correctly the first time. Now we're given the run around. Being told "we gave the owner the message" or "he'll call you later/tomorrow". So, what now?

  I had a unique requirement for carpet, and unlike several stores I called that are much closer to my home, these guys listened to the requirement and made a recommendation and price that made sense, resulting in a quick sale. Highly recommended!

  Olden Carpet and Flooring have a customer for life. Nancy and Mike have the best interest of their customers in mind and were always willing to answer any of my many questions. The installation crew was amazing and didn't stop working until the job was done. I've been enjoying my floors ever since. Thank you!

  Love love love my new carpet! I was in a bind since another carpet company couldn't install for 10-12 days, they measured on a Monday and my carpet was installed first thing that Friday. Great workers and the carpet is beautiful! Would highly recommend!!
