Bob was super quick to call back, super informative, reassuring and had his crew, Steve and Bobby, out here in less than an hr to assess the damage and begin mitigation. They were super kind and incredibly respectful of our space. They covered all surfaces they walked on and cleaned up afterwards ... the room looks better than it did before (minus the giant cutout in the ceiling for said mitigation).
