  Thank you ECI Comfort for the best service ever! Jason and Niko spent an entire day at our house installing our new heater. Our heater broke during the cold snap right around Christmas. ECI was right on the problem, even with the holidays and insurance claim issues. Thanks to them we are enjoying a warm house! Best service ever.

  I highly recommend ECI for your next HVAC purchase. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained our options in a detailed and easy-to-understand way. Our technicians (Mike, Ryan, Jason, and Nick) were all very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. They were also very clean and respectful of our home.

  My experience with technicians has always been great. My only criticism is that more technicians need to be available on a holiday. I was without heat for over 24hrs and the temperature in my house was 47.Also customers who don't have heat during the extreme cold should be serviced first when given an 8 to 12 window!

  I am writing to express my sincere satisfaction with the recent boiler installation at my home. The entire process, from start to finish, was a great experience. I want to specifically commend the following team members for their excellent service: - Julie and Julia: For their assistance with scheduling. - John: For promptly evaluating our issue within a day. - Matt: For the new system proposal. - Dan: For speccing out the job details. - Mike and Ryan: The installers who did an outstanding job. I know our five-foot-high crawl space is a challenging environment, but Mike and Ryan worked diligently all day for two days in the cold weather to get our new system up and running. Thank you again for the professionalism and dedication of your team.

  ECI Comfort Heating, Cooling, Fuel Oil 12/16/2025 Early November it became obvious we needed a new HVAC system. Ours was 25 years old and although I did yearly maintenance on it, it was time. I spent a considerable amount of time researching different units comparing all the pros and cons. My wife and I decided to get (5) quotes. Four were for the same Trane system and one Carrier system. After the dust settled it was apparent that ECI had their stuff together. From our first meeting with Matt, the sales rep, we knew this was a different company. Matt realized I did my homework and instead of trying to talk me into or out of something he listened and filled in areas that I had questions and made a recommendation. After we signed the contract we got a call from the lead installer, “Dan.” Dan wanted to look at the job site to make sure when his team arrived, they would have everything they needed. Dan was a pleasure to speak with. He pointed out a few items in our old HVAC ductwork that should be replaced. He said don’t worry this will be fixed at no additional cost. Dan also recommended we install a Bluetooth thermostat on the second floor to help alleviate the temperature difference between the first and second floor. Again, said don’t worry this is on us, no extra charge. At this point my wife and I were shocked. Who does this? On install day three great guys showed up, (Dan, Mike, Majesty) introduced themselves, put down runners to protect our hardwood floors, explained the process for the next two days. On the close of day one all the old HVAC equipment was out of the basement, loaded and trucked away, the new heating system was installed and running, and runners were pulled up and the area swept. Day two the rest of the AC portions of the HVAC system was installed, the new Bluetooth thermostat installed on the second floor, the errors of the original HVAC system were fixed and Dan spent time going over our new thermostat. Alice from the ECI office got all of our warranty paperwork submitted, PECO rebates filed, and tax information sent to us. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with ECI. All our questions were answered promptly, Dan and Mike made sure we were happy with the new HVAC system, and even called two days later to make sure we didn’t have any questions. We would without a doubt recommended ECI for all your HVAC needs. After five quotes and meeting five different installers ECI was the easy button. Job well done guys!
