They kept us informed on the progress of the job, even as we thought we were going to have to do more extensive work, which turned out not to be required. It’s never a pleasant experience to be without heat in the winter, but the folks at ECI made it tolerable, and provided us with space heaters until our system was back up and running. Good price, great service.

- PPPatNov 13, 20255.0Just switched over to ECI a few months ago. Scheduled a routine maintenance service. Rich Slawecki came over and stated there was a leak in the system and he could not perform the service. He gave us a quote for repairs and stated Evan Capinas would be coming by to give a quote on a new system if we chose that route. Evan drew up a quote for a new system. No pressure selling, just making us aware of our choices, repair or replace. The pricing was reasonable and the discounts offered were substantial. The choice was easy for us as the heater was 45 yrs old and a repair would only solve one issue without knowing what other issue could come up in the future. We agreed to a replacement. On Wednesday Mike Cirillo and Majesty Mungen came to do the install. They were very professional and very focused on the job they had. They checked thermostats to make sure the system was working properly before they left. They cleaned up the area they were working so you never knew anyone was there. Thank you to these 4 gentlemen for the commitment to the customer. I am so glad we switched to a company that cares about the customer and the service they provide. We are very pleased with ECI.

They've been our oil delivery service provider, HVAC maintenance, and we just had a new oil tank installed through them. I can't say enough good things about this company.
