  I am a senior project manager for ASW Hobart Construction, a seasoned high end custom home remodeler based in Philadelphia. We are using ECI as our HVAC subcontractor for a complete gut remodel of a very grand Frank Furness designed historic townhome along Delancey Place. Our HVAC scope entails a warmboard radiant floor heating installation. a unico high velocity cooling system, a 1400 CFM hood exhaust and make up air unit along with some nice bells and whistles. To say that this mechanical system was a technical difficulty to install is an absolute understatement. Not only did it take a pro to capture all the nuances of this installation, but it took talented and patient professionals to make this all come together. Since day one, our on site point man from ECI, Jim Lafferty and his crew have performed beyond our expectations. How they put together this form fitting mechanical system into spaces that were not designed for modern systems was impressive. Still a little more work to do until we are finished, but the hard work is done. We could not have done this one without you. Thanks for everything guys. Cheers Jon

  These reviews HAVE to be filtered in some way shape or form.. because this company is an absolute nightmare... their answering service is clueless... they are expensive, extremely SLOW and try and charge you for every little thing even when the mistake is on their end... the communication is a hot mess as well.. I have two contacts numbers... oNE being my mom in case I couldn't answer due to my job .. but stressed this was only a BACK UP number during a oil delivery and that my cell# was the primary contact... even called and fixed the issue of my mom getting text messages with important delivery information and i was not getting Anything.. NO MESSAGES AT ALL . I also called on a Friday spoke to there after hours put in a call for oil delivery told them I was going to be running out very soon Monday rolls around I'm supposed to have a delivery between 12:00 and 4:00 .. I only know this because again my mom's the only one getting text messages from these people they don't bother to pick up a phone and talk to anybody ..I called because I had to speak to someone about LIHEAP and how much oil to put in my tank. I needed an emergency fill ..i was then told I had to get permission from LIHEAP.. I've been getting oil from this company for the last several years & have my LIHEAP thru this company and never have I ever had to call and get permission once I was approved through the state it was all set up for me , ready 2 go...so anyway .. I spent an hour and a half trying to get a hold of somebody from LIHEAP but it was President's Day so nobody could answer when I called back I was then told I couldn't get my oil filled for another day or two and was going to be charged $59 for God knows what and at this point I was completely out of oil I'm a single mom with three little kids and they want me to go without hot water and Heat for 2 days in the dead of winter when the mistake was made by their call service even though I spoke to them more than once after the call service and was never told any of this information .. Im switching my company to**** Bucks County fuel****** they're fantastic they delivery within 30 minutes amazing company I will never come back to ECI COMFORT... I should have learned my lesson the last time they screwed me over but I forgot to switch my LIHEAP that's the only reason I continue to come back never again... TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!

  Here we go ROUND TWO! ECI has really raised the bar! They did such an amazing job on our first MiniSplit install that we invited them back for ANOTHER MiniSplit, but this time in our kitchen. Our kitchen averaged 55-57 degrees. It dropped even lower during the arctic blast we just went through. No one even wanted to walk through the kitchen it was so cold. Not to mention our heating unit was running constantly to keep up. I text Evan (ECI Project Manager) on his personal cell on Saturday. (YES! They give you their personal cell so you can reach out to them when you have an urgent need!) and I asked Evan to please assist us again. His response time was less than 2 mins! "I already have your measurements and I'm placing the order today". Monday morning...Julia calls me to tell me they can install the new MiniSplit the next day! WOW!!! Tuesday morning....Mike and Nick show up....ahead of schedule and ready to WORK! 8 hours later....We have a 74 degree kitchen and it feels AMAZING IN HERE!!! Mike and Nick were super knowledgeable and confirmed that we made the right decision to add the MiniSplit and we will be happy with its overall performance. Talk about putting my mind at ease! I'll say once and I'll say it again....if you don't have ECI as your HVAC company then you are just living on a remote island by yourself! Hands down the best service we've ever received by an HVAC company! PERIOD.t! THANK YOU ECI!!!! Glad to be a part of your family now!

  I don’t know where to start with this AMAZING company! So let’s Go….First….Julie and Julia in the front office……AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Answering the phones with a smile and responding back to email PROMPTLY!!!!! Second….Evan, the Project Manager…I’ll leave this right here……He’s welcomed into our home anytime he wants to show up! What a nice guy!!!!!! A pleasure to deal with! He not out for a sale…he just wants to see his customers needs met! He exceeded that with us! Third…our installation of our minisplit was scheduled for Monday(2/9/26), but Julie calls on 2/5/26 and said they can get us in on Friday(2/6/26) which was great because we are having company over for the Super Bowl and it’s calling for extremely cold weather!…..Installation arrival time between 8am-9am…Great!…..MIKE and RYAN show up not just on time but 15mins early…..and ready to W O R K! They worked straight through until 1:00pm. Both gentlemen were respectful, courteous and had OUTSTANDING Customer Service! The craftsmanship…100% clean work! They cleaned up after themselves even so much that I couldn’t tell if they were actually there when they were done! If you don’t have ECI as your HVAC company then you are living on a remote island by yourself! 5 stars isn’t enough! They deserve 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! We are completely happy with everything and everyone we came in contact with! THANK YOU ECI!!! Great way to set the standard!
