  I don’t know where to start with this AMAZING company! So let’s Go….First….Julie and Julia in the front office……AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Answering the phones with a smile and responding back to email PROMPTLY!!!!! Second….Evan, the Project Manager…I’ll leave this right here……He’s welcomed into our home anytime he wants to show up! What a nice guy!!!!!! A pleasure to deal with! He not out for a sale…he just wants to see his customers needs met! He exceeded that with us! Third…our installation of our minisplit was scheduled for Monday(2/9/26), but Julie calls on 2/5/26 and said they can get us in on Friday(2/6/26) which was great because we are having company over for the Super Bowl and it’s calling for extremely cold weather!…..Installation arrival time between 8am-9am…Great!…..MIKE and RYAN show up not just on time but 15mins early…..and ready to W O R K! They worked straight through until 1:00pm. Both gentlemen were respectful, courteous and had OUTSTANDING Customer Service! The craftsmanship…100% clean work! They cleaned up after themselves even so much that I couldn’t tell if they were actually there when they were done! If you don’t have ECI as your HVAC company then you are living on a remote island by yourself! 5 stars isn’t enough! They deserve 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! We are completely happy with everything and everyone we came in contact with! THANK YOU ECI!!! Great way to set the standard!

  Thursday afternoon, after a major snowstorm, I was told by PECO that my furnace had to be repaired because of the exhaust gasses. A great plumber had recommended ECI Comfort. We called and they sent an excellent technician (Jason) right out. He found that expensive repairs were needed to get running again. We decided to replace our 1991 system with a new one. Evan and team managed to get us the right setup. Mike and a different Jason showed up and installed it on Saturday. They had us heated again by about two. It took some more time to get the AC installed but we were already WARM! They did an excellent job. All involved were friendly, polite and very qualified. They kept us informed about who was coming and when. We are very impressed by our experience with them! They completely exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to anyone. I had been repairing my system before this, but this time, it needed equipment beyond what I had.

  Had problems with my blower motor and control board on the furnace. Air conditioner not working properly after 17 years. After exploring my options, decided to do a full HVAC replacement and went with the Daiken Fit. Steve in the office was extremely informative. His knowledge and experience from working in the field for years really helped me pick what was best for me and my home. Once i decided, ECI was out the following day with removal of my old system and new one installed in the same day! Technicians did a great job. From the office to the technicians in the field, couldn’t be more professional. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience with ECI from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the service itself was efficient and thorough. It’s refreshing to work with an HVAC company that clearly values quality work and customer satisfaction, and that shows in every interaction. Chuck was the standout part of this experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. Instead of just fixing the issue and moving on, he explained why the work was necessary and how it affected my system, which genuinely helped me become a better homeowner and feel confident about the care of my HVAC system. I will be exclusively using ECI in the future for all my needs because I know I can trust them and specifically I will be requesting Chuck for his particular attention to detail and warm inviting personality which made me feel valued as a customer.

  I recently had the secondary heat exchanger fail on my Carrier 9200 furnace. I contacted and met with three HVAC companies to quote me on a new furnace. We decided on ECI because of their prompt reply and visit. The salesperson Evan from ECI was very knowledgeable and there wasn't a single thing he told me that was misleading. I know a few things about control systems and I was pleasantly surprised to get such straightforward honest answers from him. He explained the options and in my opinion gave me very good advice. Today Mike and Ryan, the ECI installers arrived and within a few hours had our old furnace out and the new furnace installed and working. They were extremely courteous and did an absolutely wonderful job. Their work was extremely neat and everything is working as it should. Drop clothes were used on the floor along with booties and The furnished area was spotless when they left. I also want to add that Evan contacted me multiple times offering to lend us space heaters because the temperature dropped significantly while our furnace was not operating. This was above and beyond and we very much appreciate it. We ended up going with a Daikin furnace, 120,000 BTU and upgraded the filter to a 4-in cartridge that will certainly help with dust and allergens in our home. The unit is wonderful and looks very nice, especially compared to the dinosaur we were keeping alive in our basement. We have a 12-year parts and labor warranty on this unit.
