  We would not use them again. After contracting, our communication deteriorated. Designing guidance was minimal. After demolition, actual room size was 1 ft shorter, causing major design change. Final designs were never delivered. Our projected 8 week bathroom renovation (Nov-Dec 2020) lasted until mid-Mar 2021. Costs increased 12% over estimates. Most subcontractors were outstanding. Final project space is okay.

  I had the distinct pleasure of having Pinnacle Building and Design, finish my basement in 2019. I had been following their work since 2011 after seeing their display at the 2011 Home Show in Oaks, PA. Their work is impeccable and the level of professionalism is set them apart of others designers. They pay very close attention to what I wanted and came up with an awesome design. I’m am extremely satisfied with my basement and couldn’t believe the turn around time for completion. The job started 04Nov19 and was completed on 24Dec19 (Christmas eve), just in time to celebrate the new basement for the holidays. I recommend their services and will definitely use them for my next project.

  I have been a part of several remodel projects Pinnacle has designed and crafted and each one has left me beyond impressed. Eric and Dave produce results that set the bar extremely high for the rest of the general contracting world that more often than not struggles to notice and produce the details that make projects breathtaking. Highly recommend this company.
