  Super disappointed. Ordered stair treads in August, was given a timeline for delivery (1 week). They never arrived. Emailed the store, they said they were coming. Never came. Asked for a refund in October (nearly 8 weeks), they sent me back a partial refund. I asked for the full refund, but they didn’t respond or refund the shipping. Never received the items, the store acknowledged I never received the items, they kept my almost $30 shipping… what was for TWO stair treads 🤦🏻‍♂️.

  I Got my flooring from Jennifer she is very patient understanding and warm welcoming she very kind and nice and the way she handling things is very professional I feel like she deserves a raise THANK YOU JENNIFER FOR YOUR HELP!!!

  Very disappointed with this place. I originally went into the store in April with questions and pricing. Zach was nice and helpful. A few days later I went back and ordered hardwood flooring. I was told the wood would not be delivered until early June. I thought this seemed to be a long time but with Covid and the way the world is right now, it was acceptable. The day before my floor was to be delivered, I had not heard from the store so I called to confirm the delivery. They then told me it would be another 2 weeks. Again, I was not happy but figured that’s just the way of the world. Within this time, I had to call them at least 3 times because they were charging me for installation and products that I told them I did not want. Twice they had to credit me back money that should have never been taken. Prior to this, They also had to reschedule me 3 times with the person who was to come measure the space. I waited 3 weeks for someone just to come measure! When the wood was to be delivered the second time, I again never heard from the store and had to call. I was told this time it would take another month because the wood was on back order. Never once was I told the flooring was on back order. I was not happy and asked to speak to the manager who’s name is chad. Chad was suppose to cal me the following day but I never heard from him so again I had to call. The man who answered the phone this time kept telling me chad was busy with another customer but assured me he would be calling me back. I could hear who I assumed to be chad telling him to tel me that he was busy. By this point I was fuming. I waited another hour before I called again and finally spoke to chad. All of a sudden my floor was able to be delivered that week. He did have it delivered to my house free of charge to which I was grateful. Needless to say when my contractors started to lay the floor, the majority of the wood was warped. I again called the store to which i was assured chad would call me the following day. In the meantime I emailed Zach pictures and videos of the warped wood and he said he would cal me back as soon as he looked at them. I never heard back from him and I am still waiting to hear back from chad. I feel that they are avoiding me now and giving me the run around because they do not want to deal with the situation. They were nice enough to give my contractor a tool needed to help place the warped wood but it was not big enough to set some of the bigger pieces. So now I have to spend extra money to pay my contractors for their time and extra work. This has been a nightmare dealing with this place. I will be contacting the attorney general and better business bureau. DO NOT go to this place. Had I known, I would have paid twice as much somewhere else to not have to deal with this aggravation.

  These guys are AMAZING. Great customer service, response time is almost instant. They take care of their customers 110%. I highly recommend them. I can only say great things about their products too. Thank you Chad, Jon and Steve (and others)!
