- BSBruce SFeb 13, 20265.0The record cold temps during the winter of 2026 have taken a toll on my aging oil furnace/hot water baseboard heating system, requiring J&J to troubleshoot and repair two problems one of which was an early morning emergency. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely in their emergency response and got "ole betsey" purring again. I highly recommend them.

The previous excellent customer service we had received was not repeated. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but also charged us for two hours of work that we did not receive. Needless to say, we will NOT be using them again.
