- LCLaura CookNov 5, 20251.0We had a great experience using J&J when we needed a new gas line run. So we called them back when we had some plumbing concerns. The previous excellent customer service we had received was not repeated. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but also charged us for two hours of work that we did not receive. Needless to say, we will NOT be using them again.

Plumber Alex was kind and courteous, on top of doing a great job with the repair. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

- KLKassie LakeJul 10, 20251.0Very disappointed in the customer service. We first called J&J because we had a leak near our water heater. They came and automatically said we needed a new one and replaced it. When the leak continued they then told us it was a faulty water heater and did another replacement. The leak continued. At that point the tech realized the water heater was not the issue and then fixed the leak but now we just paid for a water heater we didn’t even need that the tech incorrectly diagnosed. Fast forward to a bill I received via email that was over $1000 more than I was originally verbally quoted. I then asked them to reduce the price due to the fact that we never needed a water heater so they reduced only by $300. He told me they charge a 50% markup on the cost of the water heater. Then I ask for a payment plan options. He never responds and then I receive a paper invoice saying past due with the original price - no discount included. I also requested an itemized invoice on 3 separate occasions and told I could receive one but still have yet to get it. This has not been a positive or transparent experience.
