  We had a wonderful experience working with Indoor City for our custom home build with EGStoltzfus. They handled all of our flooring and countertops, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. Heather was fantastic to work with. She really took the time to understand our style and vision and guided us toward selections that felt cohesive and elevated. Her expertise made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was being able to view our quartz layout on Smithslab before fabrication. We chose a dramatic slab with a bold vein, and the layout was extremely important to us. Seeing the exact placement ahead of time gave us total confidence in the final result — and it turned out beautifully. We were also impressed with their honesty and professionalism. One of our initial selections wasn’t ideal for the specific application we had in mind, and instead of simply moving forward, they were upfront about potential performance concerns. They guided us through a reselection that ended up being a much better fit — both functionally and stylistically — and the kitchen is stronger for it. This isn’t our first time working with Indoor City. We’ve used them on previous projects in our last home for flooring replacements and updates, and we’ve consistently been pleased with the quality of workmanship and level of customer service. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy team that stands behind their work and truly cares about the end result, we highly recommend Indoor City.

  We’ve had great support from Indoor City since moving in to our new home, whether for flooring, blinds, or countertops. Today, we had “VIP” service from Don and Kelly, adjusting a kitchen sink. Thanks to All.

  We hired Indoor City to install our flooring in our home. Connie was very helpful in the beginning stages helping us navigate through the vast variety of flooring they supply. Ultimately, landing on new carpet for the bedrooms, LVT in bath and engineered hardwood for the kitchen, living, dining and hall. The crews installed in 2 deployments so we could shift our belongings around. They were on time, professional, experienced and friendly. We are looking forward to enjoying our floors for many years to come! We would recommend Indoor City for all of your flooring needs!!
