  Prompt service by Mark the service manager. The lead times for shipping are different than what their salesman and parts guy said. It took a month to get a battery compared to 7 to 10 days.

  Would never use this company again. Service tech that came out, talked about his personal agenda for the day. Not realizing I was getting billed for him letting me know about what he was doing the rest of the day. I did not even initiate any such conversation with him. Talked with the operations manager, he proceeded to tell me that in their industry that's how they bill by the hour. Was a hard lesson to learn, be aware of they're billing policies. PS our equipment still does not work.
