- SSSuzan1 day ago1.0Hello my name is Suzan and I wanted to share my experience with Jessica gouse LLC and Blu Sly restoration. I had a kitchen fire a year ago and had them come in do some small work. I was not very impressed. My first complaint would be that both companies were not coordinated or organized at all. One minute they would be one time and then the next they would be an hour or two late. I had lots of errands to run and didn’t feel comfortable with them in my house. Just due to prior experience. My second complaint would be that Blu sky wanted to up charged me for a small portion in my house. It was a very small kitchen. I just didn’t understand, They both also tried to extend the work out as long as possible which I feel wasn’t needed. Felt like the both companies weren’t understanding and very pushy. My third complaint would be that Jessica gouse and Craig smith one of blu sky employees were always absent during the job and didn’t see much work from him or her. Both contractors were super unreliable and unprofessional. They had a few other employees who cleaned majority of my belongings. Which I really enjoyed talking to the other employees who were hired by Jessica. I felt more understood hearing their advice for future events .I had an interesting feeling that Jessica and Craig were up to something inappropriately and I felt that was very unprofessional. Both would go outside for hours and come back into my house smelling like cigarettes and marijuana. overall, I would not recommend either Craig smith from blu sky restoration or Jessica gouse llc to clean anyone house unless you wanted to be up charged and it be drawn out for weeks on end. For them to be gone for hours on lunch coming back smelling disgusting and seeing not much work done broke my heart. I felt the price I was charged was unfair . I wasn’t given good company or good service.
- EEElsie1 day ago1.0I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Jess Gouse LLC, as well as with Blu Sky and Craig Smith. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend any of them. During the cleaning of my home a month ago, Jess herself did little to no actual work. The entire job was carried by her employees, Shauna and Philip, who were the only ones cleaning, moving, and putting in real effort. They were professional and hardworking, and they deserve credit for the work that was done. What made this experience completely unacceptable was Jess’s behavior afterward. When it came time for me to give away antiques from my home, Jess acted entitled and assumed she deserved everything, despite barely contributing during the job. This was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and inappropriate for a business owner. It is frustrating to watch employees do all the labor while the people in charge take credit and then expect personal gain. Based on my experience with Jess Gouse LLC, Blu Sky, and Craig Smith, I would not recommend this company and will not be using their services again.

Anthony the mitigation supervisor was wonderful from answering all my questions and his work top of the line. He showed up on time every day, worked around my schedule and made the experience easy.
