When he was 15 years old, Tri-State Roofing owner Paul Hershberger started tagging along to construction sites with his dad, who was a roofing contractor. It was there he learned the value of a job well done and how to treat customers with honesty and respect.
When Paul grew up, he knew he wanted to stay in the business and founded Tri-State Roofing in 2011. Today, along with his brother Caleb and several crews that are highly seasoned and trained, the roofers serve residential and commercial clients within the tri-state area by offering all kinds of roof repair and replacement of asphalt shingle roofs, metal roofing, EPDM roofing, PVC coating and spray foam application.
They’ve earned a reputation for excellent workmanship one job at a time! They answer their phone personally, show up on time, and leave the worksite clean when they’re finished. In short, they do what they say they’re going to do.
Tri-State goes above and beyond the warranties of the best-in-class products it works with. The roofing contractors confidently stand behind their work with an additional five-year warranty on workmanship.

He was remarkably clear in explaining the insurance coverages. I was also under a very limited time as I was leaving for the summer. Tri-State Roofing made sure to handle the job within a week of my estimate so I made my trip on time. The crew was awesome, very efficient! The cleanup was excellent and my neighbors appreciated the workers choice of music they played while working!

Due to weather I would be out of town when done because of it being pushed back. He was not there and a worker cut my siding. Paul paid a professional siding company to replace. Roof quality very good. Had damage to a collector plate set. They reimbursed us. In the end, roof done right, siding replaced correctly and Paul made sure we were happy in the end. Even though we had some speed bumps I felt that could have been avoided, they did a very good job on the roof. No leaks and 70 mph sustained winds this weekend, there was no damage and roof is secure. Thank you
