  Honestly, not worth it. I've asked them nicely to please not leave tires mark in our yard along driveway, in which the guy got very angry and cocky towards me. Our driveway is plenty big enough, that this shouldnt even be an issue. Their absolutely careless. My husband works long hours and there was pallets in the way, which yes that was my responsibility to move them and I forgot. The driver chucked them into our yard and I came out to apologize and he was once again very cocky towards me. Then another time, I asked if they could please try to keep our dumpster on the driveway because its being pushed 5 ft back into our yard and leaving huge ruts. He told me to get my driveway paved and that it wasnt his problem. Now they didnt pick up our trash, because my husband truck was in the way. Which it wasnt, and was pulled off to side. This has never been an issue and now it is.

  I forgot to set out my trash one day and when the pickup guys came back near my house to turn down a different road on their route, they saw my garbage outside. The went out of their way to pick it up and not make me wait til the next week then went back onto their route. Very much appreciated. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I think everyone, me included, has room for improvement. I would like to see an auto payment option or an actual website for payment or suspending pick for extended periods of time. Overall happy with this service.
