This company was contracted by my warranty company to diagnose a leak. When the professional young man diagnosed the leak coming from an appliance, he went to use my kitchen sink and broke it. While I believe he did it by accident. He kept asking me what’s wrong with the faucet. Prior to this visit there was never any issue with the faucet. He called the warranty company and switched the claim from pipe leak to faucet. They told him since the leak came from an appliance, I would need to submit an appliance claim and pay another deductible. During this ordeal I get a link for a review and I rate both the plumbing company and the warranty company one star. The mom, Natasha, also the secretary calls me 3 times after 6:30 pm to find out why I gave them one star. She tries to relate to me as a black woman and assumed I didn’t own my home. After explaining what happened she offered me an option to buy a new faucet and they would do the labor for free since this was an accident. Now that I bought the faucet they are telling me to call the warranty company back. I did, the warranty company calls them and they say they never agreed to come back out to fix the faucet. What a mess. I have video of the incident when it happened but it’s not worth pursuing any further. I just ask that they please don’t send these people back to my house although they already have my address. I am going to block the two numbers she called me from to avoid any further harassment. However, I am keeping her voicemail for my records.
Terrible experience. My husband had them come out to fix a gas valve in our furnace and somehow got talked into taking out a $13k loan to replace the whole thing. Whatever, that’s on him. But the crew that came to install the new furnace, I guess they used the drain pipe from the washing machine for getting rid of the water from the old boiler, BUT THEY NEVER HOOKED THE WASHER HOSE BACK UP TO THE DRAIN. So I set a load of laundry to go over night and everything drained straight onto the floor. So much stuff is ruined. Now I have to waste time dealing with insurance and filing paperwork to get reimbursed and it’s goi bf to be a nightmare. Stay far, far away from Sila.
I had an amazing experience with the installation of my new heating system thanks to Wesley and Mr. Houng. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and extremely courteous.
They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. What really stood out to me was how clean they kept everything throughout the entire process — and they made sure everything was spotless before they left.
It’s not every day you come across technicians who are not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely considerate of your home. Wesley and Mr. Houng went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their hard work.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating services!
Paul Lawrence was quick as a bunny and got my heater going without any dithering. He was building on the work of previous team members who diagnosed the problem( after several attempts), and got the right part ordered. If God is good, the heater will now work reliably.

Don’t appreciate the constant rescheduling and lack of communication. Rescheduled the initial appointment and now the actual repair. Ruined my bday plans and now my weekend plans. My water heater was spotty and getting worse. They found the issue (gas valve was faulty, they diagnosed by kicking it and now it doesn’t work at all), I paid a deposit ($200 now, the other $400 when the service is complete), and was told they’d come back to fix it in the next 3 days.
You think they’d call or text, but I had to call in the afternoon to remind them they’re supposed to be here. Now it’s pushed to tomorrow. Have had no hot water for 4 days.
Each time I talk to them, I have to re-explain why they’re supposed to be here. What’s the point of a deposit then?? I’d assume it’s to book a service date.
I understand it’s a busy time of year, but I’m incredibly frustrated at the constant lack of communication. I can’t do much about it so I’m leaving a review and I think 2 stars is fair. Honestly, the actual plumber was polite and found the issue so I’m not giving 1 star. The poor guy seems overworked. But the company needs to get their scheduling/communication together.
