- MMMark6 days ago5.0Highly recommend Chuck! We have a 20 year old Kohler whole house generator that frankly almost no one was willing to take on. Sila sent Chuck out, who not only did the annual maintenance, but also fished out a socket that I had accidentally dropped deep into the engine shroud—all in under an hour! He’s hyper competent, efficient, and laid back. I now ask for him every visit. Third year running and very satisfied!

He was knowledgeable, showed me exactly what was happening in our new system, explained the issue, and he was very pleasant. (He even tried to soothe my yappy puppy. 😀) He was very friendly and professional, offering to return the next day if I experienced any issues. Well done.

From my experience in Philadelphia other companies would charge egregious prices just to show up to your door step, but Sila's initial consultation is very much within reason & the technician provided me with so much insight on my appliances. 10/10 Sila will certainly be my go to
- GIGuy Johnson IINov 8, 20255.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bill was absolutely thorough! The last few days were a nightmare until he showed up. Your local competitor, O’Brien Heating and Cooling, came out first and completely destroyed their reputation yet again. The tech they sent was totally unorganized—running in and out of my house and back to his shop just to make it look like he was doing something major. Then he lied about the issue, not realizing I’ve been an Auto Tech Manager my whole life and know how to use a volt meter. Long story short, I let O’Brien try to gaslight me while their quote jumped from $1,500 to $2,000 and then to saying my boiler was broken and I needed to spend $14,000! I’m currently on worker’s comp, and my wife isn’t working after a difficult delivery with our new 60-day-old baby. Things have been tough enough. Bill looked me in the eyes, was honest, and kindly asked for $380. Thank you, Bill — you truly saved my family from a lot of heartache. Our baby can finally sleep warm and cozy! Huge thanks to Bill and the whole Sila team for getting here so fast.
