  Professional and competent-arrived with all the equipment needed to unblock the sewer line unlike other plumbers who showed up without proper equipment and wasted our time and money. They explained everything and allowed me to view the video of the pipes. I have confidence that they will be able to solve the underlying problem with the plan they are proposing.

  I want to give a shoutout to Family Roots Plumbing for being exceptional in their communication and repairs. We are in one of the toughest winters we’ve seen, and even as a new customer, they took care of us in a time of emergency after 2 weeks of no water. The repairs not only got us up and running but enhanced our main water set up past what it was previously. A special shout out to Tyler for his hard work and attentiveness throughout the project, even working with Aqua to get our water turned on correctly and tested. We will be returning customers for years to come!

  Family Roots did an awesome job putting my kitchen in down at our beach house . They also helped me with an outside kitchen project . The crew did a lot of hard crawlspace work and did so professionally and within budget. I highly recommend this company

  This company is amazing in every way. Every phone call was kind and professional, every technician knew what they were talking about, and the work that was done speaks for itself. Another company left me without heat in the winter for a month as a 9-month pregnant single mom with a 4-year-old and Family Roots came and resolved the issue within a few days. They installed a new boiler and upgraded the system to make sure we would never lose heat again. Alex and Tyler were incredible with every issue my house threw at them, which seemed to be never-ending, but they got it done and got it done right. I cannot tell you enough that they are the ones to call for everything.
