  Colin was exceptional. Very personable and reassuring presence, but also extremely knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain the work he was doing (in a way I could understand) and did a very thorough job. I also really appreciated the follow up email with photos…super helpful and kind.

  I’ve been a customer for over 15 years from when it was Unique and now Ace Home Services. They came for our routine AC maintenance and John Yeomans made sure to check other pieces in our home related to our boiler and water heater and electrical, even thought that wasn’t the intent of the visit. John was polite and helpful and made sure to tell me the condition of our AC every step Of the way, what needed to be replaced, and that it was covered with our maintenance agreement

  John was great to work with in determining what was wrong with our existing system and what needed to be replaced. He’s very knowledgeable about how to properly size and engineer a solution, and what equipment/brands can best fit those needs. Great overall experience working with John so far

  Wonderful staff from beginning to end. Curt was accurate with placing my order. Scheduling was at my convenience. The install had a couple of hiccups but the 2 installers were pros and found the correct solutions. The water tank deliverer was professional and she jumped right in to assist the installers to help with the hiccups and removed the nasty old tank. They worked well together and communicated with me and each other during the process. These pros were very knowledgeable, kind, cleaned up everything and they definitely take pride in their jobs. Thank you Ace!

  In March 2026, ACE installed a ceiling-mounted ductless mini-split unit for us. Overall, the work was flawless—the entire team did an excellent job—but I would like to give special mention to SPENCER FREDERIC for his ingenuity, meticulousness, and conscientious approach to his work. His professional skills—combined with a commitment to ensuring maximum convenience for the client—enabled him to devise a creative solution that rendered the connections for the ductless unit practically invisible. As a result, my pantry has retained its full functionality.
