- JLJC LuoOct 30, 20251.0If zero stars is an option, Regester should get a zero. Unethical! This survey firm never respects or complies with the Code of Ethics for Engineers, and even breached the contract. The contract set the term that, after the survey, Regester shall provide me with a copy of the raw field data, unmodified. The raw field data is the key to preventing the surveyor from lying. However, Regester refused to provide the raw field data. So, what is the problem? Regester had something to hide, which was unethical. This survey is regarding a boundary problem. After the survey, Regester never provided raw field data, never responded again, and never showed me, for example, where the first corner of my property is. Regester just came to collect the field data —what for? It seemed Regester engaged in a conspiracy against me (its client), which is unethical, violates the Code of Ethics for Engineers, and constitutes common law contractual bad faith and willful misconduct. Regester should know what shame is; it never respected or complied with the Code of Ethics for Engineers and even breached the contract, committing malpractice, contractual bad faith, and willful misconduct.
