I called Champion to schedule an inspection to assess the issue. Howard came out and completed a thorough inspection, assessed the problem and answered all of my questions. Howard recommended that I have three Stabil-loc piers installed to prevent further subsidence and damage to my home. Howard explained the entire process and provided me with a reasonable quote for the installation of three Stabil-loc piers. Brandon and his crew showed up early each day and did an excellent job prepping, digging up the area in my basement floor, filling the area and cleaning up after Chad installed the piers the second day. I'm happy that they completed the project in two days instead of three. The entire Champion team was very professional, personable and provided truly amazing customer service. Thank you all for a job well done!

Howard provided an estimate for remediation and was so knowledgeable and friendly! He recommended installing an internal French drain with a sump pump and vapor barriers to not only solve the immediate problem but also provide a sustainable solution for dry basements. Howard and Dee worked with us to bring the initial estimate down to something we could afford without compromising the quality of work. Now, the future homeowners can rest easy knowing that Champion did such a great job! We cannot wait to work with Champion Waterproofing again! Such great, responsive staff in the field and at the office.
