Scott Hayden was incredibly knowledgeable during the site survey, patiently answering all our questions and helping us select the right size unit for our home without any pressure to oversell. The installation crew, led by Christian, was professional, efficient, and very respectful of our property. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the work area spotless. They managed all the coordination with the gas company and Borough permits, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for us. At the end, they walked us through the system's operation and maintenance. We now have great peace of mind knowing we will be safe and comfortable during a power outage.We highly recommend RC Watt to anyone considering a generator installation.
