I had an excellent experience with RJ Staso Heating & AC. I called around 11am about a furnace issue and one of the owners personally answered the phone. After I explained what troubleshooting I had already done, they transferred me to another team member who was equally kind and thorough in gathering additional details.
Even though I’m technically outside their normal service area, they were generous enough to waive the travel fee and, impressively, were able to get someone out the same day, just ahead of a major winter storm. Brent came out with the pressure switch replacement, arrived well within the quoted 12–4 window around 2, and got everything taken care of efficiently.
