  It took me 1 year to realize I was robbed. My warranty covered bulk of the cost and meanwhile the parts needed for my water heater to meet code and all was probably $300 at most and I paid nearly $1600! These people will take advantage of you, especially if you're a woman! HSA told me after the fact I can negotiate or ask for a cash out from them; wish I had known sooner! I am going to the BBB as soon as I receive the itemized information; even with labor cost considered I am absolutely tormented by me paying all of this money!

  Warhold was professional and promptly responded to my callout regarding my concern about a leaking T&P relief valve on my water heater the next day. Technician Shane was a fantastic and upfront. He determined that the water heater's expansion tank was functionally sound and my concern was pointing towards a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) due to a high-water pressure reading and recommended replacement of the PRV and T&P relief valve. The reason for 4-stars is due to the pricing. I understand that these quotes factor in a multitude of things but, even at ~$100 for a spec-for-spec replacement of the PRV and $25 for a spec-for-spec T&P relief valve, I could not justify the quote I was given (a little over $1000). I was expecting the quote to be closer to $500-$600, based on a labor rate of $150-$200/hr and a 2-hour job. Regardless, this turned into a learning experience for me and I thank Warhold and Shane for their service and expertise.

  Our experience with Warhold Plumbing was wonderful from start to finish. They will be our plumbing company from now on. GREAT communication with technicians and office. Dan and Andrew were so gracious and kind the entire time making the process so easy. The quality and attention to detail in the work was impressive! They made an effort to explain things to me and answer all my questions about our new tankless water heater. They were super knowledgeable and so understanding. I’d recommend them and Warhold Plumbing all day long.

  The communication with John and the team was clear and much appreciated. John was able to come earlier than originally thought which was great. John was polite and friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. I would recommend this company for their professionalism, friendly employees and knowledgeable and experienced team members.   If you are anything like me and like communication and for people to be on time, you will appreciate this post and, moreso, how Warhold Plumbing, heating, and AC operates. First, Warhold sent me a message the day before reminding me that someone would be coming to my house for the scheduled job. The day of, I received another text with information on how was coming to my house, a photo of the person, and a link to track where they were to see how quickly they would be at my house. Perfect communication up front! John D. came out to my house to perform routine maintenance and tuning on my water heater and furnace. Firstly, he was polite, knowledgeable and charismatic. He explained what he was doing to the furnace and water heater, giving me recommendations on how to take care of the routine PM. He was efficient with his work and kept everything in the area clean. He also provided estimates on replacing my older units (considering they are 20+ years old), should I need to have them replaced in the future. overall, it was a great experience from a professional company. The overall cost was, in my opinion, extremely well priced for the tuning and routine maintenance that was performed. I would highly recommend John D. and Warhold for any of your servicing needs.
