I certainly appreciate Mike Hardman for his thoroughness, honesty and professionalism. He came to my home to evaluate a plumbing problem that I thought was going to be a big issue. However, after his skillful evaluation the issue wasn't bad at all. In addition, he recognized that there was another problem with the Thermal Pressure Tank that needed to be replaced that i was not even aware of. He clearly explained the situation and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thanks Mike! I really appreciated all of your help and knowledge!

Our furnace went out on December 22nd. Sean came out the very next day, walked us through the situation with photos, and clearly explained our options with no pressure. Warhold then scheduled our furnace replacement for December 29th, which we really appreciated. Robert arrived on time and completed the installation within the day. Everything was done professionally and as expected. After the install, a PVC drain line issue came up related to tying into an existing humidifier drain. Warhold sent Drake back out promptly. He was thorough, ran multiple condensate pump cycles, cleared debris, extended the piping, and stayed until proper drainage was confirmed. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and accountable. I plan to use Warhold for annual maintenance and expect to be a long-term customer. I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering HVAC or plumbing work

Jesse provided excellent service repairing the circuit board on my furnace. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on in clear, understandable terms and completed the repair efficiently. He was professional, respectful of my home and pets, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. My heat is back on!! I would absolutely recommend Jesse to anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service!!

I told tech I had to be somewhere in 20 minutes and to please complete the estimate in vehicle or office. After 30 minutes he came upstairs and just showed me a total price ($6600 for basic furnace), other companies were $1000 cheaper. I then asked again to please just email me and I had to leave. After he left I then called company and told then of my experience, owner called me back, and then told me it was my fault because I should have allowed for more time, and the techs are required to go over the estimates. When a customer says “I have to be somewhere in 20 minutes” and implies ‘I want you to leave my property’ a good company complies, the owner made it sound as the tech did nothing wrong, seemed like that they are trained to stay as long as possible, and try to get you to sign a contract before they leave your home. Go with a company that respects the customer not a company that tries to get you to buy something just to get them out of your home/rental property.

Unfortunately, the job was not done right the first time, but we did finally get the job completed over time. To start with, we had a furnace inspection performed and "honestly" found that we needed a new furnace, so we opted for the AC as well. While we were promisssed one thing with the project, we ended up with a few things that were promissed but never got, not good. The first crew was ok, though seemd in a bit of a fluster to get the job done and get out. With that, there were issues left missed; with cleanup of metal shavings that were left inside the furnace area, air entry/leaks were not sealed completely off in areas as they should have been and two water leaks that unfortunately were missed upon installation of drain piping. But, after contacting the company, they sent out their senior rep/tech. He politely listened to all of my concernes and addressed each one to solve the problems. Which he did in multiple visits. On a huge Positive note, the One major thing that this senior tech did bring to my attention, which every other company over 40 years, Yes-40 years never did address, was a return Vent that was in my furnace area that should have never have been there. It was causing definite ventilation and heating/cooling issues but mostly was causing a big health concern involving the water heater and carbon monoxide (the level was too low for detectors to pick up but was affecting air quality still). He solved that issue and rectified the health concern. While we are glad that we had the work done, I feel that there were too many issues left from the first crew that should have never happened.
