  Service technician, Robert Wheeler, did an excellent job of answering my numerous questions today. The service of replacing a thermostat on my heat pump system could not have been better. Robert was pleasant and respectful.

  Excellent service! Robert was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail prior to starting the work. He went above and beyond what we expected and we couldn’t more pleased. We have used Davis Brothers in the past and have never been disappointed.

  Robert Wheeler was very professional, and explained his work on the boiler and faucet that were repaired. He made sure I was satisfied with the adjustments so they suited my needs (water temperature)

  Robert was my technician. I purchased a gas stove and needed to find someone to hook up the line (in the house) to the stove. I had difficulty finding someone who could do the work within a reasonable time frame. I called two different places. Both acknowledged they would work with me but neither called back. Davis Plumbing and Heating (when called), responded, returned calls and sent a technician (Robert) to quote my job. These folks were flexible with me and worked with my work schedule (thank you for not putting more pressure on me). Robert came with another technician and his name was John. Robert seemed very experienced. Both gentlemen were professional and respectful. I also noticed that they took safety measures. I was very pleased with the work performed and would definitely call on them again. Money is a problem when "value" isn't present. This work had a price tag that I would pay again. I felt I received the value for my money. 5 stars!
