  Called Absolute on 9 18 25 and left a message. Maria called back less than 2 minutes later. Told her what I needed and within the hour their sales rep Jason called me back. Several hours later he came to my house, provided me with his professional opinion on what size whole house generator I needed. We agreed on a larger one for not much more than the smaller one would have cost. Signed the contract, gave him a small deposit and we parted ways. I called Maria back and she walked me through what I needed to provide and what they would be doing on my behalf. I scanned her everything she needed, she drafted the proposal, their insurance information and a schematic for what she would send the township and HOA. In less than 24 hours from when Jason was here and signed the contract I had HOA approval and a date from Maria of when they would install my generator. They even took care of obtaining Township approval. On 10 16 25, less than a month from my first contact with them, my Generac was installed. The crew showed up at 7:30 and were completely done by 11:30. The 4 man crew worked like a well oiled machine. This is my third Generac in different homes, my fourth whole house generator, and I would highly recommend not only using a Generac but you must call Absolute Energy Solutions to have it installed. In this day and age of "lack of service", this team went above and beyond with great, professional service!!!!

  Absolute installed our generator three years ago this month. We lost power about half a dozen times since then. Every time, our generator started up right away and has run faultlessly every time. At least a couple of those times the outside temperature was in the 20s. While our neighbors were in the dark and their homes got increasingly cold, we were nice and warm. Rick, Jason and their crew are the best!!

  I had the pleasure of having the team at Absolute Energy Solutions install a 26KW Automatic Generac Generator at my home this year. Every encounter with them from planning the project, obtaining a quotation and ultimately the installation was a breeze. Every single person I dealt with was courteous, polite and professional. My installation was not ordinary. It required careful planning and forethought. They handled the requirements and permitting through my township, building a platform in a difficult location and a crane service to carefully place my equipment. My entire experience with them was simply awesome and I love our new generator! I highly recommend Absolute Energy Solutions for your generator requirements. I want to personally thank Rick, Jason, Greg, Reuben, Tyler, and Maria for the exceptional service I received. Great job Team!

  Maria was so easy to work with & helpful in setting up a generator maintenance contract & service. The technician, Seth, was very polite, took pictures for the potentially recalled piece, as well as the card I got from Generac, and explained everything. Update: They have serviced our generator every year. Seth has been the tech every time. It's so nice to see the same person every time, especially since hes so competent. They are also honest. Our gas was shut down last week. When they turned it back on, they did not include our generator. Instead of charging us a $150 service call, Tyler walked my husband through restarting it via a phone call. I wish all service companies were like this!

  Technicians know what they are doing, but it seems since I am so far away from Hummelstown, I am a bother for them to schedule a service. I needed my Generac reprogrammed; I contacted them at least 2 months ago and was told they didn't have anyone going my way. I thought it was important to know when my generator was running. I am getting someone else to help me.
