  Called Absolute on 9 18 25 and left a message. Maria called back less than 2 minutes later. Told her what I needed and within the hour their sales rep Jason called me back. Several hours later he came to my house, provided me with his professional opinion on what size whole house generator I needed. We agreed on a larger one for not much more than the smaller one would have cost. Signed the contract, gave him a small deposit and we parted ways. I called Maria back and she walked me through what I needed to provide and what they would be doing on my behalf. I scanned her everything she needed, she drafted the proposal, their insurance information and a schematic for what she would send the township and HOA. In less than 24 hours from when Jason was here and signed the contract I had HOA approval and a date from Maria of when they would install my generator. They even took care of obtaining Township approval. On 10 16 25, less than a month from my first contact with them, my Generac was installed. The crew showed up at 7:30 and were completely done by 11:30. The 4 man crew worked like a well oiled machine. This is my third Generac in different homes, my fourth whole house generator, and I would highly recommend not only using a Generac but you must call Absolute Energy Solutions to have it installed. In this day and age of "lack of service", this team went above and beyond with great, professional service!!!!

  Everyone in this company is so nice they do a thorough job just call Maria she'll set you up take care of your Generac and it will take care of you!!

  We called Rick when the first company we looked into for a whole house generator would not install the electric lines where we wanted them. As it turned out, we worked with them and came up with a 3rd option that worked best for all of us. His price was very competitive and he was a pleasure to talk with. The service they provided was fantastic. They installed the generator and one wouldn't have known they were here as well as they cleaned up before they left. Maria was always extremely helpful when we called and a joy. Rueben, Tom, Greg and Taylor were a pleasure to have working at the house and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with their install. They even transplanted a family azalea for us. We couldn't be happier with the product or their service. Thank you guys!! J & L in Camp Hill As a follow up, we lost power for the first time on August 16th. The generator worked as advertised.
