  Can’t thank Dustin, Nick, and Stu enough for the great new roof J&S installed for us. Dustin and Nick took the time to come meet with me during the estimate and explain everything we were getting prior step by step, we paid for both a beautiful new roof and a fantastic experience. Their team was extremely professional from removing our old roof, installing the new roof, and the clean up afterwards. Any questions my wife or I had they were fast and detailed in all communications. I will definitely be recommending the J&S team to all of my friends and family needing a new roof/or repair.

  I would like to start off by saying that I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company is truly a God send. My wife and I were in the market for a roof and we had a couple recommendations and a previous quote given. The day I was going to go with another company I decided to do a final search for a local roofing company. I found J&S family roofing while researching certified roofers on the GAF website. The reviews they had were all positive and I felt a conviction to call and I am glad I did. Right from the start Nick was has hands down one of the most personalable and professional person I have ever met. He was very accommodating, transparent and honest. Ultimately what had me sold was that there was no pressure sales tactics to sell me a roof. He walk me through why we were in need of a replacement and explained not only the process but the benefits of what they would be installing. Nick put my mind at easy by handling all the necessary paperwork and had answers to all of the questions I had. The day of the replacement went just as smooth as the estimate process. Dustin and his site forman along with the crew were great and very professional. They came even earlier than expected which was great and they had everything wrapped by late afternoon. Nick's communication throughout the entire process was amazing from start to finish and even post installation follow up. J&S will be my only recommendation to anyone in need of a roofing service. Thank you J&S for your quality service and providing peace of peace of mind.

  We had a fantastic experience with J & S Family Roofing and couldn’t be happier with our new gutters. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and truly customer-focused. Kevin (the uncle in this family-run business) was great to work with—honest, knowledgeable, and very responsive. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The team installed seamless gutters that were custom-made right on site, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive and actually came in a bit lower than the other quotes we received, which made the decision even easier. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service, quality, and value. We’re extremely glad we chose J & S Family Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters. When it’s time for a new roof, they’ll be our first call without hesitation.

  If I could rate them zero stars I would have. They replaced my roof 2 years ago. They were supposed to install product to help with air circulation (cooling & heat). We questioned Justin because we didn't see evidence of that product being installed. Justin insisted that they not only installed it but he was present & watched them. He repeated that same assertion two more times. They were not installed and now the drywall on all the ceilings in the house are buckling because of the heat. Apparently drywall is installed on ceilings using glue and screws/nails and the glue melted. Justin came and acknowledged that the GAF product was never installed and they fix that but they refuse to accept responsibility for the repair cost (35k and a nightmare of a job that will have to be done. They blamed us saying we never told them it happened. Considering Justin had already insisted it was done, why would we? Also it took a while for it to get to this very noticable place. I have contacted the state and was told that they do not see evidence of insurance for J&S. Buyer beware!!!

  I've used J & S Family Roofing several times now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Nick, Dustin, and team have always come thru for me - even with the smallest of jobs like dealing with some damage from recent winter storms. They are super responsive and keep you fully up to speed on the status of the work. It's rare to work with a true family business that cares about and takes care of the communities they serve. I recommend you give them a call!
