I I'm not a fan of paying for such Services before they are finished! I understand and know Daylight Savings Time hindered her job getting done during the daylight hours! Not that I didn't trust Steve it's just not a good company look Get this for me doing the purchase this all might have went differently but I'm glad that we met such a great installer! We had 2 previous vendors quote us then pull out siting the arch windows were too complex. Window world came in with a better quote and reassured us they are experienced with these type of windows and would be able to do the work. Our experience from start to finish was amazing! Thank you to Steve and Ashton who did a phenomenal job. I really appreciated their efficiency and how the cleaned as the went. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

We contracted that day. The doors came in and were scheduled for installation only 1 week longer than the estimate. Steve the installer contacted me and said he would be there October 6th and was right on time. Steve is no joke!! It was a tough installation of brick on mortar and required a lot of custom demolition and work. I have often worked with master carpenters and he is one of the best. He worked 7:30 to 6:30 the first day and was back at 7:15 the next day to finish. The external garage door was by far the hardest. My wife looked at the finished product and called it a work of art. I would definitely recommend Window World and ask for Steve to be your installer. Bill Royer
