    We weren't sure if roof had to be replaced or simply repaired. Dustin came out for an estimate and thoroughly explained his recommendation to just repair the roof for now. The price was fair and the work was done the following week. Very satisfied with J&S and would highly recommend.

    Great to work with. On time and as promised. Totally professional, with pride in the outcome of their efforts. Also, flexible as to accommodating preferences. Their advice is absolutely client-need and client-preference oriented - not a sales pitch in any sense. This was our third full re-roof in 57 years at this location - and by far our best experience.

    We hired J&S Family Roofing completely remotely after a storm caused damage during the summer. We decided to replace the entire roof, and they did an excellent job even without us being at the house. They arrived on time as promised, completed the work on schedule, and cleaned up thoroughly after the repair. Their pricing and warranty are also very reasonable. Since we weren’t at the house while the job was being done, communication was a bit more challenging, but Dustin and Nick were very patient and kept us updated at every step of the process. We truly appreciate their help and highly recommend J&S Family Roofing.

    Kevin was very easy to work with. He overseed the job from start to finish. I love his suggestion to install a six inch gutter. We haven't had much rain but I am pretty sure the leak is gone. It as rained a few times since the roof repair. There is no sign of any leaking and the new 6 inch gutter drains all of the water into my rain garden.
