  SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! they will be happy to quote and charge you with promises that they will schedule within 2 weeks but only after you pay will they tell you they have no availability. After arriving work schedules to accommodate their later availability we then had them change the time of install with no notice or communication. Now the day of delivery, no one has shown up. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who was zero help and said she’d try to find out if/when they’ll show up but did not apologize at all and had a “take it or leave it” attitude for getting the carpet installed (we really have no choice as we’ve partially paid for it at this point).

  We orginally had our entire condo carpeted by another company located in Bryn Mawr. The carpet that they was installed in our living room and hallway was suppose to hold up to high traffic. However, it was apparently defective as it showed every foot print in inground dirt. It was also installed incorrectly, and began fraying at the bottom of teh stepd 2 days. After being told numerous times it was shading not dirt, that what we were seeing on the carpet and the steps were not fraying, we said we were taking legal action. Within a day a representative came out to the condo saw the carpet and refunded us $4,900. The next day we went to Havertown Carpeting. We purchased a higher quality carpeting than we did from the other store for $500 less. It was installed within 3 business days, the crew who did the install was friendly, efficient and took great care laying the carpet. It looks awesome and seems to be durable and e3asy to clean. Make Havertown Carpets your first and last stop.....you wont regret it!

  Havertown Carpet was fantastic from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, the installation was absolutely perfect, and their communication throughout the process was clear and timely. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and truly cared about the quality of their work. Having used a cheaper company in other rooms before, I can genuinely see and feel the difference in craftsmanship. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work done right!
