It should have been simple, instead it was over ten days late in below freezing temperatures, and when it was delivered, they added an extra 25 gallons (almost $100) without telling me or asking me. The owner, who delivered the oil, keeps lying and blaming it on a driver, while demanding I pay for the oil i did not order. This is an ordeal that has lasted so many weeks. The owner will not even identify himself and refuses to communicate. I recommend any other place regardless of the price.

After paid in full for service on a new boiler, hot water tank and gas line, there was a small seeping drip from one of the unused return lines which should’ve had a cap on it. Called the owner who acted like I was bothering him and told me not to call him again on his phone. Both the owner and the office want to charge a service fee to come out to look at this tiny issue for a few hundred bucks. This is not very good customer service. I’ll go with other companies for future service on heat or AC. They will not honor their work and will charge you if they have to return. Good luck taking your chances with Mark. If you like to pay a service fee for work that was just done last month then go ahead.
