  Service Tech was on time and professional. The first thing he does is put on his shoe covers prior to entering.The tech made sure that the thermostat was adjusted so we didn't get message that service is required shortly after the service was completed. HE WAS IN AND OUT

  Haller is always immediately effective. Everytime (3 times) I call I get an appointment the same day. Daniel was cordial as well as effective. I was treated honestly and fairly. I know that every time I need electric/HVAC/plumbing issue dealt with, Haller will be there to fix my problem honestly, fairly and effectively.

  Joshua did a great job diagnosing my outdoor lights electrical problem. The power would go out to my outdoor unit but the GFI wouldn’t go off. He found by wiggling the plug in the outlet could break the power without tripping the GFI. Shows the experience counts! Replaced the outlet and now my outdoor lights turn on no issues!

  Haller has been servicing my heat pump since they installed it 16 years ago. Everyone that I have dealt with whether it was on the phone or a technician at my home has been professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the job they do.

  We have Haller to come to our rental unit for the annual maintenance. We specifically instructed that the technician to not engage directly with our tenants and instead contact us with any findings. He was hired solely to service and maintain the HVAC system, and at no point did he reach out to me with any observations or reports. He then discussed unrelated matters with our tenants, comments about the electric water heater and their electricity bill relative to the property size as a way to soliciting business. The unit is run by heatpump with gas as backup heat. Evaluating the water heater was outside the scope of work, and engaging our tenants on such matters was explicitly not authorized. Additionally, he provided incorrect and misleading information to my tenant about the property’s heating system. The home has a dual system consisting of a heat pump with natural gas backup. However, he informed the tenants that it is a natural gas system and attributed their high electricity bill to the electric water heater and urged my tenant to get us to change to a gas water heater. This is inaccurate, as increased electricity usage is expected during colder weather due to the operation of the heat pump. The technician doesn't even have the basic knowledge. This conduct is highly unprofessional and does not align with the expectations we clearly communicated.
