I am not one to bad mouth people but I feel I have been ripped off. I spent $ 300 beginning of December 2025 for the first visit which did not correct my furnace issue. He did however double check the nozzle I replaced and put the washer back on that I had backwards. Yeah that cost $ 300 I called back and requested same repairman because he was friendly and I thought he was knowledgeable. ( I was wrong) Well he stated I needed a primary control unit and it would cost $1309!!! I looked up the part and it cost $112. I expressed that was rediculous to charge that much. Then he stated I should replace the ignition transformer as well, because it appears like it might be failing . The price to repair that was quoted like $ 627. I look up the price and said the part is $66. How can you charge so much? I cant afford this. So I asked if I bought the part if he could install. After he spoke with someone else he said to replace the control would be $324 and transformer $211. I agreed that was at least better but still over priced. Not feeling comfortable with the situation and feeling like he was guessing and didnt actually know whats wrong I reached out to someone else (actually tried him in very beginning but wasnt available). Turns out Haller was completely WRONG! My problem was the cad cell, one tiny part that cost $ 30 and 2 seconds to put in. Furnace fixed immediately!!! I paid $ 200 for the repair! I feel totally ripped off by Haller Enterprises! I wasted almost $ 400 for them to come out 2 times and fix nothing! Paid $ 175 for parts NOT NEEDED and would have paid another $535 for labor and my furnace STILL wouldnt have been fixed! If I wasnt smart and looked up part costs and tried to work out a deal I could have been out $1936 !!!! Haller prices are rediculous and they are not good at diagnostics either! I would like a refund from Haller because they did nothing for me and I basically threw money away! Plus had a not working furnace for a month with temps in low 20s ! Jan 1st finally a working furnace that only cost $ 200 done by an honest business man! Haller how do you justify your prices?¿???

As a loyal Haller customer since 2016, having invested over $21,000 in two complete HVAC systems, I am writing to express my deep disappointment. In May 2021, I purchased a full system replacement for my current home, which I was told included a 5‑year warranty. In December 2025, a heating zone in my home stopped functioning. During the service visit, I was informed that the failure was caused by a faulty damper motor that had been reused from my old HVAC system during the "whole system replacement." I was then told that the repair would not be covered under my new system's warranty. To make matters worse, I was quoted $800 for a replacement part that I found available online for approximately $60. Discovering that old components were used in what was represented as a new installation--and then being charged an excessive amount to replace one of those reused parts--has severely damaged my trust in Haller.

Daniel worked efficiently and effectively. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work and was happy to show all the steps of what he was doing. He installed two new gas lines for a heater and stove, finishing earlier than I expected. Highly recommend Haller enterprises in general and Daniel specifically.

Thor was great. A high valued employee for sure. But to try and charge me$634 to change out gfi outlet is unconscionable. Thievery. Rip off. Let’s be generous. $634 for a 30 minute job? I bought the gfi myself for $26. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And I’ll be glad to spread the word about your attempts to rip people off.
