  Contracted with Haller to replace burned out bathroom ceiling light/exhaust fan/heater. Joshua was ahead on his schedule and arrived to our job early which was good. He quickly assessed our job and worked diligently to complete the task in about two hours. My wife and I were impressed with Joshua's pleasant demeanor and efficiency. We will return to Haller for our next home repair or service.

  1st of all this was a weekend appt, I didn't know that the prices differ, anyways the service man came, he (Jason) gave me up front pricing for everything, he was very respectful, 30 min worth of work and 542$ later out the door, people listen to what I'm about to tell ya, IF AT ALL THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND YOU HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO IT , THEN I SUGGEST THAT U DO,, these prices will not be coming down, only going up, so with that being said , IM GOING BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN SO THAT I CAN DO IT MYSELF!!!!

  I intended to hire this company to replace a water heater in my commercial building. They demanded a deposit or they won’t even schedule work ahead of time then they canceled three separate appointments for over a week leaving me without hot water. I ended up using a different company but now I’m in a battle with them to get my deposit back No work has been performed by Heller and I’m still waiting for $5500 for over a month Be careful when you try to use these larger companies, they pay for fake reviews to make themselves look good, but then you’re stuck in the same situation as I am

  Our furnace stopped working and we had Haller come attempt a diagnosis and repair. Upon seeing the furnace the tech (Thaloniaus) refused to even touch it and told me I needed a new furnace. He reiterated this several times and stated that the furnace was too old to work on and that he probably couldn't even find parts for it. He also made several notes about a breached chamber and said we were lucky the furnace was not leaking carbon monoxide. We began the process of getting quotes for a new furnace and had another company come in. They had the furnace repaired within 30 minutes by replacing the motor, did a complete inspection of the system and said it was a little dirty but beyond that was good to go. Haller is only out to sell new systems. I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience. $200 for the tech to say he can do nothing within 30 seconds of looking at the unit, then trying to make me feel like ours is unsafe and we need a new 10k system.

  I’ve looked for a plumber around my area for a while and came across Haller Enterprises and took a chance , and I said why not I ve gone over good reviews but hey I was desperate and needed repairs done to my pipe that gushed out water due to a dislocated elbow piece. Robert Nemes came the very next day and wanted to take a look at the problem as he checked with a glance he formulated the problem and came up with a price at $527 to assist with the leak. As we agreed with the repair I told him there are more pipes that need replacing, but he said that won’t be necessary and I don’t need to worry, so I took his word and he turned on the main water valve to check for leaks and nothing happened but just after an hour ene y by and more of the pipes poured water all over the furnace. This time I’m furious because I’ve addressed the issue again to him but I had enough and called the company about what had happened and they said oh we will take care of this tonight I agreed with them saying that , and look who came by again the same guy Robert Nemes, this time he looked perplexed like how could this happened, I looked at him like really your surprised the professional in this ok, so what are you going to do about it I need it repaired and I’m not waiting extra hard earned money for it, Robert said well I can’t do that I have to charge you an additional $321 I was like what oh hell no I’m calling your company I’m tired and it’s late 10:30 pm mind you also to add my oil furnace pipe now leaks too thanks to this wonderful repair. And yeah my first time with them and I’m not satisfied with any of the experience. Never again those are my thoughts I hoped this helped.
