- C4cbl 4700Nov 12, 20255.0This is the second time we've had Thalonius at our home. The first time I immediately thought of Thelonius Monk, the great jazz musician, but there is no relation. But Haller's Thalonius did tell me there were some musicians in his family! Meanwhile, he arrived right in time for this gig, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and had the heat up and running in no time. Thalonius is an older cat from the bebop generation, but he can swing and sway better than the younger techs that work for Haller. Next time you call for service, ask for Thalonius. He is one bad dude, and bad means good .!

I have had 3 different technicians come out and all were kind, on time, and knowledgeable. I'm really glad I purchased the membership. I would highly recommend their team!
- RDRobert DunkinsonNov 5, 20251.0When contacted to schedule electrical repair service, I was informed that there would be a $79 dispatch fee for an electrician to come to my home. Once there, the electrician would perform an analysis and would then let me know what any additional repair costs would be. When the electrician arrived on the scheduled day, he immediately informed me that, in addition to the $79 dispatch fee, I would be required to pay $217 in order for him to perform a diagnostic analysis. Needless to say I was shocked! I felt deceived and expressed this. At that point, the electrician told me that if I didn’t want to pay the additional fee, he could simply leave. Because I needed to have the problem corrected, I reluctantly agreed to have him perform the diagnosis and pay the extra fee. I was deceived! It’s not the money…it’s the fact that I was not informed of any extra tied in fees in order to have my problem repaired. They lost a customer!
