I had a fried thermostat as a result of a fried panel board in my outside heat pump unit and a blown fuse in my inside unit. Brandon had to get parts from 2 different places and install them. He was so efficient and courteous and explained everything well to me I can't thank him enough! Very thoughtful as well. He made a bad situation so much better. Kudos to Brandon.

Robert was patient and determined to complete all phases of the task, even though there were some design challenges that over the years have frustrated other technicians. A job well done.
