Austin and his work partner strategically worked together inside together as a team to complete their inspection, I had inquired about the cleaning of both units as He had told me on his last visit that it would need to be done soon. I also asked that the fan and other components be fasted down tight so they don’t rattle, to disturb other neighbors as well as myself, Austin kindly informed me that they did have to fasten several screws where it had worked itself loose again since his last visit. Prior to the cleaning of above systems, they reviewed the prices As well as the savings if I joined the less than ten dollar a month service plan for which I used to have, but I decided to wait so if I Decide to get the UV light to use the discount on a larger purchase. They cleaning the outside unit first and then the inside. They both were very knowledgeable for many reasons that I could continue explaining about. I highly recommend Austin and his work partner without hesitation. Thank you Again.
