  Budget Blinds should rename themselves as Boujie Blinds! The custom-made shutters we saw at our neighbor’s house were sturdy, stylish, and expensive-looking, giving the home a cozy and private feel. We decided to have the same ones installed in our new house. Jackie has been amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about her products and services. We can't wait to enjoy our custom-made shutters. We couldn’t be happier with Boujie Blinds’ services!

  I have nothing but positives to say about the pre-sales meeting with Jo Crider, the quality of the blinds as well as the very professional installation. Jo Crider was the person who did all the measurements for the blinds. She was top-notch! With her previously being an installer, she knew PRECISELY what to look for in terms of any possible installation snafus. And, true-to-form, there were NO problems encountered during installation - more on that later. Jo was very professional and took her time with us. We did not feel rushed or a bother at any time during the time she spent with us. She knowingly answered and even called one of the vendors when I asked a very specific question on the electronic blinds that were part of the installation - we got an answer right then and there! When it came the date of installation, Nick and Dan were here promptly at the agreed time of 8am. What a wonderful team! They each came in knowing what had to be done and promptly started with the installation. They walked around in stocking feet the entire time they were here. Dan was unboxing and setting up the blinds so that Nick could seamlessly move from one room to the next. Dan also took away the packing materials as he went. They knew that the Lutron Serena Smart Shades would be the most interesting part of the installation and saved it for last. Dan had started the Lutron shade installation as Nick was working installing the other blinds. Even with the more complicated installation involving the AC-powered shades, they both seamlessly went through the installation including setting up the two Lutron Pico remote switches. Their attention to detail was second-to-none. As they were installing the raceway to conceal the electric wires from the Lutron shades, they showed me the different configurations it could take and asked me which I thought looked the best. When there was a dual-gang electrical switch plate in the way, Nick suggested that he cut the right edge of the plastic plate with his NEW miter saw - a neat device! The raceway now fit like a glove but Nick still was not satisfied. There was a SLIGHT space between the switch plate and the raceway. He asked if I'd like him to caulk it. He did and now the switch plate and the raceway appear as one! Talk about ATTENTION TO DETAIL! One (or two) of the corners for the raceway were a SLIGHTLY different shade than the white raceway. Dan was determined to get a match. As they left, Dan said he'd be back with the correct color. Within an hour, Dan came back with corner pieces that matched the color of the raceway perfectly! In summary, I was TOTALLY SATISFIED with the measurement, cost, installation and follow-up! I could not be happier! I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Budget Blinds to anyone looking for blinds. And for those interested in remotely-controlled shades, you will not find anything even close to the Lutron Serena shades. They are AMAZING to watch in operation!!! I'm STILL in awe watching the shades being controlled by Alexa, Siri, the Pico Switches or my smartphone! I have over 17 Lutron devices throughout the house. The Lutron Serena shades are every bit as dependable as the other Lutron lighting and fan devices that have performed flawlessly over the last 4 years!

  We're very happy with everything. The sales person and installer were really professional. The blinds are functional and way better than what we had.
