Immediately upon arrival, the technician laid down sheets to protect the carpet. He was friendly and shared with us the steps he would be taking in replacement. Whenever we had a question, he stopped to answer them. He was neat in appearance, his work, careful of his surroundings, quiet, and cleaned up after himself when done. The water heater is working well for us (this being written one month after installation). We did need to ask them to increase the temperature, which they did expeditiously. We have now placed all of our heating and cooling needs in their hands.
