- TSTom SchwarzDec 20, 20255.0Sam and his team did a multi-day install of a new heat pump and duct work for our home. This is a long term investment, so we chose a two-stage system instead of a budget system. They worked with limited attic space and did a good install. Our Trane heat pump arrived with a defect that became apparent a week later. Sam made a good choice in replacing the heat pump under warranty instead of attempting a field repair.
