  If you’re looking for new flooring, go to Roy Lomas. I recently bought laminate from them and the process was seamless from start to finish. They have a great variety to choose from, and their team really knows their stuff. The installation was surprisingly easy, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend them for their service and expertise!

  I recently had a water leak in my guest bedroom and called Roy Lomas Carpets and Hardwood Floors. My contact in the service department, Nick, was excellent. He listened to my problem and promised to call me back the next morning to schedule a technician. He did exactly what he promised, calling at 9:00 AM to confirm a service window between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The repairman, Justin, called me 25 minutes before he arrived. Once he was here, he quickly identified the issue and explained the plan. He lifted the carpet and removed the padding (which was soaked like a sponge). He gave me clear guidance on the drying process and assured me they would return to install new padding and relay the carpet once everything is dry. I am extremely happy with Roy Lomas—they are professional, reliable, and right on point!
