Upon recommendations from neighbors in our 55+ community, we only sought out the Roy Lomas Co. and are extremely happy with that decision. They installed carpeting in two rooms and laminate in the remainder of the house. Their work was careful, neat and exacting. Pricing was fair and a good value. Their installers were focused on the job and worked with efficiency and respect for our home. We have received many compliments. Roy Lomas is family owned and has been in business for 70 years. - ABAmy BaginskiDec 17, 20255.0We had a great experience with Roy Lomas! Pattie helped us out in the showroom and helped us choose the right carpeting for our upstairs. The process was quick and easy. We were able to sign the contract electronically and pay over the phone which was so helpful. Scheduling the measurement appointment was quick and easy as well. The delivery only took about a week from the factory to Roy Lomas and then we were able to have our carpets installed the following week. The installers were on time (a few minutes early, in fact!) and were able to complete the job in about four hours. They were respectful of our home and they did a wonderful job with installation. They made sure to keep my door closed as much as possible with the cold air (December 2025). They cleaned up on their way out, too which was appreciated! My only suggestion would be for installers to wear shoe covers since the carpet is brand new! From start to finish everything was great and Roy Lomas was a pleasure to work with. We liked being able to support a local business with our home project.

The carpet she has installed in the rest of the house is no longer available. The sales team worked very hard to help my mom find a suitable match that she was happy with. The installation crew was incredible. They were quick, and efficient with the install, When they were done they cleaned up so well you could not tell they just installed 3 rooms worth of carpet. An Excellent Job and a Totally Pleasant experience all round.
