As it stands, it’s hard to see the benefit of being part of the program.

Highly recommend!

Before the technician arrived, the company sent a photo of him along with a short background, which I really appreciated from a safety and trust standpoint. When he arrived, he put boot covers on his work boots because of the snow and salt, which may seem small, but it showed a lot of respect for the house. He took time to think through the problem, ran diagnostics, and explained what he was doing in clear, plain language the whole time. He checked airflow, duct temperature, and the filter, and showed me how an overly restrictive filter was causing the furnace to overheat and shut down. Once the airflow issue was addressed, the furnace ran normally and has continued to work. I was charged $160 for the house call, received a courtesy discount, and there was no pressure to replace parts. This was a professional, thoughtful experience, and I would absolutely call them again.
