Randy was instrumental with the redesign and I’m thrilled with the outcome. The installer was punctual, professional, and meticulous with his work. The finished floor is absolutely beautiful and has transformed my kitchen. It was cleaned up thoroughly and even followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Bergey Flooring for their excellent craftsmanship, pricing and customer care.

Unfortunately, the price for the living room, dining room and hallway was about $1K higher than the other local, established company I hired. Bergey, however, was by no means the highest.

The answer is that the customer service at Bergeys is fantastic starting with when you first walk in the door through installation. We've used Bergeys for decades. Our installer, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic, respectful, trustworthy, and worked extremely hard. He cared about every single detail and the finished product is beautiful!
