  Strive was quick to respond and schedule an appointment (it was not an emergency call). They showed up when expected and we received a text notification that they were on their way. The technician, also the owner, was polite and professional and was quickly able to trouble shoot the problem. The part was to be picked up and put in the next day, but he ended up getting the part early and then came back and installed it while my husband and I were both gone. So when we both returned home, we had AC! We will definitely use them again.

  I called Keith when my AC stopped working, and he was there the very next day. Super quick, efficient, and easy to work with. I’d definitely hire him again!

Moreover, their meticulous approach to the work and their patient, comprehensive responses to all inquiries were particularly commendable. I highly recommend their services.

  Outstanding service—highly recommend! Keith and Reid did an excellent job resolving our AC issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. They truly listened to our concerns and delivered high-quality service from start to finish. Even the communication over the phone with Aubree was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. My wife and I were so impressed that we signed up for their annual maintenance plan. We’re very glad we chose Strive Heating and Cooling!
