I called him late on a Wednesday and he came out first thing Thursday morning. He even helped clear a lot of debris that was left from the contractors down in my crawl space. His prices were incredible and he was super nice. I was quoted thousands of dollars from another company and JS did it for not even a fraction of the price. Highly recommend!!

The tank was pumped and extra work was done to find the source of the clog. Quality job and the price was really reasonable. We'll definitely call again for future service.

Breaker was tripping and tank alarm going off. Josh and his team showed up promptly and pumped out both tanks. Seeking to learn more about septic systems, I hung out and asked 100 questions at least. Josh was highly professional, polite and experienced. We condemned the pump and his team replaced it 2 days later. Bottom line, they show up promptly and get the job done professionally. My only dig is that I felt the all-in price seemed a bit high...but then that's my fault for not asking for an itemized estimate ahead of the job...so I really have no factual basis for that comment apart from observed retail price of a replacement pump. I highly recommend JS...you won't be disappointed!
