  After a site visit and a few questions I received an estimate with 2 options. They were able to come out in a couple days to perform the installation (heat pump and exchanger inside). 3 or 4 installers had everything done in about 5 hours. Very clean installation. Informative and courteous techs showed me operations and setup smart thermostat, etc. Their office administration was also excellent. Gave me multiple financing options and discussed them with me via phone conversations as well as text. Highly recommend. They made me feel like I was their sole customer.

  Excellent customer service! Used Strive for scheduled maintenance of HVAC system. Keith was very personable and professional. Attentive to the details and cleaned up after himself. Would call again!
