We had a previous company who “attempted” to fix the same issue prior and were in and out really fast. Strive was here and thoroughly looked through our system to find the issue and actually fix it. They kept us informed on what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it as well as what we can do to prevent future issues. Will definitely be using them again as well as for routine maintenance

We purchased a new system from them 5 years ago to replace the underperforming system our house had at the time. They were easy to work with and explained the process in sizing the right system for our house and pricing in detail. We had our system serviced by them this year to make sure everything was still good to go for the coming winter months and again they were top notch, not trying to sell us on unneccessary work, making recommendations for optimal performance. Can't recommend them enough.
