Originally, we thought maybe it was the contractor who did the job, but after having SEVERAL people come out and see how to possibly fix it, they have all mentioned that it looks an issue with the concrete supplier. Some of the contractors even stated that they’ve always used you, with no problems, until you changed hands. Reached out just for Mark to come out and try to sell us something to patch it. No, we are not giving you anymore money.
